Days 1 & 2
Swing (TLL) and fixed cab (TSS) mobile crane operator certification
8:00am – 5:00pm – Classroom instruction and test preparation.
NCCCO crane operator certification on Swing (TLL) and Fixed (TSS) – includes Service Truck (STC) / Boom Truck (BTF).
NCCCO crane operator written exams (core and specialty exams for swing and fixed cab) on day 3.

- 16 hours of classroom instruction
Day 3
Written Exam + ACS Rigger and Signal Person Certification
7:00am – 8:00am – Review Session.
9:30am – 1:30pm – NCCCO crane operator written exams (core and specialty exams for swing and fixed cab).
3:00pm – 6:30pm – ACS Rigger/Signalperson Program. 4 hours of classroom instruction on basic fundamentals for rigger and signal person such as hand signals, voice communication, situational awareness, technical knowledge, and OSHA regulations.
Includes:
- ACS Signal Person written and practical exams
- ACS Rigger written exams
Days 4 & 5
Hands-on Crane Training
Day 4, 8:00am – 5:00pm – Field Operations Training.
Day 5, 8:00am – 8:30pm – Field Operations, Training, and NCCCO Practical Exams.
NCCCO crane operator certification on Swing (TLL) and Fixed (TSS) – includes Service Truck (STC) / Boom Truck (BTF).
- 16 hours of field training
- One-on-one training time
- Pre-start and post-start crane inspection
- Performing signals in the field
- Hooking and unhooking load
- NCCCO practical exams on swing and fixed cab cranes
- Assist NCCCO practical examiner prior with live exam
- NCCCO practical exam testing fees
