NCCCO stands for the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators. They are the certification company that assesses the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities of operators through the administration of written and practical exams.
OSHA Final Rule states that crane operators within the construction industry are required to obtain a crane operator certification.
